CRAFTING TO PERFECTION TAKES TIME

Our start as a small distillery happened when whiskey jake was helping a newer distiller hone in on his issue with a whiskey mash. a lover of spirits and the art behind them Whiskey Jake had spent a lifetime learning how they where made, all while perfecting his own skills. From Grappa Distilleries in Italy to Rum Distilleries in Nicaragua, Jake learned from the pros. After locating the issue with the distillers mash, the boss told jake "you teach more than you learn anymore" and so the idea for LAKESIDE DISTILLERY was born.
